Who is Emma?

Emma is the head chef and owner of Emma’s Eatery. She lives in Eastern Passage and after working for years from a home office with short breaks to eat, she discovered there was nowhere quick she could grab a daytime meal for breakfast or lunch, within her budget.

After much consideration Kim Emma Stacey left her corporate career to invest everything she had into this small start-up business in her own community. With cooking (and eating food in general) being her #1 past-time and passion in life, Emma decided to open a restaurant serving her favourite meal of the day, anytime during the day… all-day breakfast.

Emma’s Eatery serves all-day breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch for others like her in her community and welcomes anyone and everyone from other communities to join her.
